DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to offer a couple of information sessions for co-owners at the farm on Saturday\, 16 November\, followed by a hands-on working bee on Sunday\, 17 November. \nA proposed schedule for the sessions on Saturday\, 16 November is provided below. \nUnfortunately\, Brett Cooper from Limestone Permaculture informed us a few weeks ago that he had to cancel his session\, however\, we have been fortunate to engage an associate of his\, Will Power of Maplewood Permaculture\, who has since met with Ben on site and is preparing a plan for the members’ garden. Will will present a short introduction to the ins and outs of permaculture gardening on Saturday morning from 9am. \nWe also delighted to host Ray Jamieson of The Conscious Village (https://www.consciousvillageassociation.org/)\, who is presently on tour around Australia and has kindly agreed to join us at the farm on Saturday afternoon for a session on private members’ associations including answering our questions on the ins and outs of this structuring option. Ray grew up on the land and works closely with a number of specialists across tax and other relevant fields\, so is well placed to assist us in our review of appropriate structures for the Hunter family farm and\, possibly\, The Church. Whilst the session is to be focussed on our farm and The Church\, it also may be an opportunity for you to understand whether a PMA could suit your own personal circumstances. \nRay will be staying at the farm on Saturday night\, so we will arrange a BBQ dinner on the Saturday night and BBQ breakfast on the Sunday morning for all attendees. Please submit your RSVP by Wednesday\, 13 November (via the questionnaire at the end of this letter)\, so that we can arrange meat\, bread and condiments for the dinner and farm eggs and bacon for breakfast as well as provide hot water and some teas and coffee. We ask that you bring your own plates\, cutlery\, drinking vessels and drinks. If you have any special dietary requirements\, please bring those too. We will request that the meat is gluten free\, but are unable to provide gluten free bread etc.

DESCRIPTION:The run sheet is: \nThursday – some campers/co-owners arrive. \nFriday – more campers/co-owners arrive. \nThere are a few things we need to do before Saturday’s event: \n– We will need firewood cut and some general tidying of the Church grounds. One of our co-owners will be brining a chainsaw and wiper snipper. \n– We will need help with cleaning the inside of the Church (sweeping floor and dusting pews) \n– Cleaning the toilets over the road. \n– Richard will be brining the wheelie bins from Salea \n– set up of the exclusion fencing at the back of the Church property as the branches fall and dont want people hurt. \n– Assuming the weather is good and not too windy we can also pre set up the gazebos\, BBQ and tables in preparation for Saturday morning. With some tables near the entry to the Church as we will have drinks station there (Urn and drinking water). \nSaturday – Event Day more co-owners arrive and invited neighbours will start arriving before 9am. \n– Set up of the video recording and AV/Microphones \n– We will start at 9am and have 3 speakers who will be talking about the history and the area. \n– We will have morning tea ready after the talks and closer to midday a BBQ lunch. \n– After the last neighbour leaves we will need to pack up and tidy up leaving whats necessary for Sunday BBQ lunch. \nSunday – Australia Day BBQ lunch – plus any morning tea leftovers – plus roasting of any Bunya Nuts \n– 11am mingle and chat and having any left over food from the day before. BYO lunch otherwise. \n– In the afternoons its the final pack up. \nMonday – If there are any co-owners staying until Monday can the last co-owner please check that the gate is closed with the chain. \nThere will be plenty of co-owners around so if you are unsure of anything please ask around and most importantly enjoy your time on the farm. \nKind regards \nThe Board

DESCRIPTION:Message for those that are coming up to Danthonia at Inverell between the 3rd/4th of Oct to the 5th/6th. \nIt will an interesting look at a 6000acre farm that started down the regenerative farming route back in 2001. \nFood and board is officially free\, but a gift of some sort would be nice. \nThe Men folk seem to like IPA beer\, or classic types\, whereas nice table wine to share at meals is liked by all.\n(A Christian community that likes a drink!) \nIf those that have signed on and sent their attendance form please inform me of your expected arrival time /date and mobile phone numbers. \nRegards \nJohn Aquilina
