These could be in relation to fair access to the farm and produce or interpersonal interactions among co-owners.\n\n\nGiven the vital role of effective communication for achieving our community goals\, how might we enhance our existing communication strategy? What sorts of communication protocols could we implement to ensure all community members comprehend these goals and foster harmony and stability without compromising our community’s vision?\n\n\nWhat opportunities are there to generate income from the farm? What types of facilities\, services and produce might help us meet our financial goals?\n\nIf you are unable to join us at the farm\, but would like to be part of the next stage’s conversation\, please send us your thoughts on the above three questions by 5:00pm on Sunday\, 17 March 2024. \nAll co-owners are invited to attend the on-farm workshop over 23-24 March\, however we ask those attending to commit to both days. More details including an agenda will be provided next week.
