Farm harvested, grass fed and grass finished beef.
We strive to produce chemical-free, nutrient dense food, noting that our farms were not run as organic or regenerative farms prior to our purchase of them in May 2023. We are incorporating sustainable farming practices guided by organic regenerative production principles. Our Black Angus cattle are free from vaccinations*. Any ailments are treated on a case-by-case basis; we do not treat the herd; we treat individual animals. Wherever possible we use natural remedies such as mineral supplements. Our beef is hormone free. Our practices are pesticide free and we use natural fertilisers.
A quarter beef share is 50-60kg (approx) and comprises a quarter of a body of beef, cut-up into various cuts as well as mince and sausages. Sausages are gluten free; we aim to use natural casings.
The quarter beef share is pre paid. Once we receive enough purchases to satisfy a harvest, the Board will be in touch to let you know when it is ready for pick up.
A quarter beef share is pick up only unless arranged otherwise.
