This is a project of a PMA, a non profit, non government, unincorporated association providing benefit to its members, and therefore, the wider community.
Farm harvested, grass fed and grass finished beef.
We strive to produce chemical-free, nutrient dense food, noting that our farms were not run as organic or regenerative farms prior to our purchase of them in May 2023. We are incorporating sustainable farming practices guided by organic regenerative production principles. Our Black Angus cattle are free from vaccinations*. Any ailments are treated on a case-by-case basis; we do not treat the herd; we treat individual animals. Wherever possible we use natural remedies such as mineral supplements. Our beef is hormone free. Our practices are pesticide free and we use natural fertilisers.
This 40 kg box (approx) comprises of various cuts as well as mince. If sausages are included they are gluten free; we aim to use natural casings.
The beef box is pre paid. Once we receive enough purchases to satisfy a harvest, the Board will be in touch to let you know when it is ready for pick up.
This 40kg box needs to be picked up in one go and can not be divided over various pickups.
